Provo, UT

For those who feel they may be experiencing obstructive sleep apnea, the first step is to schedule a consultation here at Sound Sleep in Provo. We can monitor your sleep patterns and learn more about how you sleep. This will allow us to determine whether or not you do in fact experience obstructive sleep apnea. If we find you need treatment, we'll most likely recommend one of three options - continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), a mask that provides air flow pressure all night to keep airways open and breathing regular; oral appliance therapy, a mouthpiece that supports the structures in your mouth to keep airways open; or in more severe cases, surgery.
