Sandy, UT

For patients who feel they might be experiencing obstructive sleep apnea, we recommend they come consult with us here at Sound Sleep in Sandy. We'll schedule a sleep test to monitor your sleep patterns and learn more about how you sleep. The test will give data necessary to determine whether or not you do in fact experience obstructive sleep apnea. For most, treatments are non-invasive - only the more severe cases need surgery. Most patients will find one of two treatments very effective - continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), a mask that provides air flow pressure all night to keep airways open and breathing regular; and oral appliance therapy, a mouthpiece that supports the structures in your mouth to keep airways open.
